Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

Accounts

When creating an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms and may result in termination. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and any activity under your account.

Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription Plans: We offer different plans with benefits. Details and pricing are available in-app.
Renewal and Cancellation: Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel anytime in your account settings. Cancellation takes effect next billing cycle.
Refunds: Requests are handled under applicable law and the rules of the provider used for the purchase. Cancellation stops future renewal and access continues through the paid period unless the law requires otherwise.

Minimum age

The Service is not directed to children under 13. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and responsible for the information you provide.

Intellectual Property and Training Content

The Service, its original features, and all content including puzzles, tutorials, and videos are the property of CHESS MENTOR LLC, protected by law. Reproduction or commercial use is prohibited without written permission.

User Conduct

Users should act respectfully on the platform. Disruptive, offensive, or threatening behavior may lead to warnings, suspensions, or account termination.

Limitation of Liability

CHESS MENTOR LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or intangible losses.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
